Valentin Manev, CFA
Financial Analysis and Valuations

Valentin Manev is a financial advisor with over fifteen years of progressive valuation and investment analysis experience for privately held companies and real estate investments. His background in different industries helps him to deal with various kinds of companies and to understand the economics behind their business models. He has experience in subjects that include investment tools, asset valuation, portfolio management, and the application of ethical and professional standards in the investment industry. He received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Economics in Varna/Bulgaria. In 2001 he received his certification as a valuer of private companies and was registered at the Chamber of Independent Valuers in Bulgaria. From 2015 he is a Chartered Financial Analyst®, a member of the CFA Institute and holds an investment consultant license, issued by the Bulgarian Financial Supervision Commission. His activities include financial modelling, risk modelling, optimization, private equity and debt valuation.


Evelina Makris
Accounting Services 

Evelina has more than 15 years of experience in accounting services for limited partnerships, including broad exposure to family-owned small businesses of various types. Those companies include manufacturing, distribution, real estate, personal services and retail firms. Evelina currently focuses on tax planning and advisory services for EU based small, medium-sized businesses and individuals. She helps by finding solutions for optimization and access government support with оperational programmes, co-financed by the EU Cohesion and Structural funds. She believes that taxes can have a significant impact on investment returns and wealth accumulation for, and managing taxes in an investment context is one way advisers can add value to their customers.


Garabed Barakian, PhD 
Srtategic Planning

Garabed Barakian brings more than 20 years of international HR management, organizational and people development experience. He held various managerial positions in Human Resources and Company/Country management within Sandvik Group (a Swedish high-tech and global engineering Group) for 14 years. In each of his roles, Garabed helped to drive company transformations and led significant culture change with a focus on core values, behaviours, and diversity & inclusion.
Having global HR management experience, he helped the company to build a broad-based Human Resources support, including strategic organizational planning, learning and development programs, performance and employee relations management, full-cycle recruiting, talent management and more. His experience as a management coach has allowed him to support many senior business managers and leaders in becoming more successful, through adequate performance acceleration, more effective transformational change, and in boldly shaping the future.
Garabed has considerable international experience, having lived and worked in several countries. Prior Sandvik Group Garabed held different roles in Austrian Academy of Sciences, CARE International Foundation, Sofia University and several consultant companies with responsibilities in education and training, recruitment, coaching, mentorship and project management.
Garabed earned his B.A. in Psychology, Masters in Pedagogy and PhD in Education from Sofia University St Kliment Ohridski.
